			<p>The Clam Desarrollo team is close to concluding the exciting 3DSOSTENIBLE project, which we have carried out in close collaboration with leading companies such as Becsa, BeMore3D, ACTECO, AIDIMME and the University of Cantabria. This project has been financed by the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI) and the European Union through the Operational Program of the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) of the Valencian Community.</p>
<p>The purpose of 3DSOSTENIBLE is to promote the industrialization of 3D printing in the construction sector. In this sense, we have worked developing advanced technologies which allow the control and automation of the 3D printing machine, with the aim of adapting it to the environmental conditions during the printing process. In addition, we have worked hard to create new materials that minimize the CO2 footprint, thus contributing to a more sustainable approach in the field of construction.</p>
<p>One of the keys of the project has been the reuse of waste, which has allowed us to carry out 3D printing of construction elements with added value. At this moment, we are in the final phase of the project, and during this month we are carrying out the last printing tests of mortars with the substitution of natural aggregate for recycled material, which we have developed throughout this exciting process.</p>
<p>These tests aim to verify the functionality of these materials in a relevant environment, and we are sure the results will show 3D printing is highly competitive against traditional construction techniques.</p>
<p>As a result of the collaboration of the entities involved in this project, we have been able to achieve these successful results. At Clam Desarrollo, we are committed to innovation and sustainable development in the construction industry, and 3DSOSTENIBLE is a leading example of our dedication to these principles.</p>
<p>We hope to continue advancing in this field and to keep working together on future projects which benefit our industry and the environment.</p>

This film remains adhered to the substrate, sealing possible physical and chemical anchor points and facilitate the demoulding process. Specially designed for high-gloss surfaces.</p>
<p>The use of Ababol G Spray will allow us to increase the useful life of the mould. The elimination of anchor points such as micropores and other surface irregularities increases the safety margin against possible adhesions.</p>

			<h1>ABABOL TOT is an all-in-one sealer/release agent</h1>
<p>Up until today the care of the molds required three basic treatments, cleaning, sealing and a release agent. With our product ABABOL TOT we have simplified the process, whilst reducing the application time. For this, Ababol Products has achieved a perfect combination and balance between the sealant polymers and the release agent polymers achieving a cure period between both that are in perfect balance and that do not lengthen the waiting times that the industry currently has.</p>
<h2>In the following graph you can see the results obtained with a universal test machine</h2>
<p>which applies the necessary force to two pieces joined in a constant area of 10cm2 until they are separated. These pieces have received a treatment of different release agents without previous sealing. We will carry out demoulding until there is a bonding of the pieces with breakage of the surface in the separation.</p>

<p style="font-size: 12px;">The solvent based, from the 5th demoulding it quickly increases the force necessary to separate the pieces, we see that after 5000 N we started to see the pieces being stuck.</p>
<p style="font-size: 12px;">The water-based, from the 6th demoulding it quickly increases the force required to separate the pieces, we see that after exceeding the 5000 N we started to see the pieces being stuck.</p>
<p><strong>-In the products with built-in sealant or as we see in the classic treatment</strong> of <strong>release agent + sealer as we might expect, the the force is increasing in a more progressive way, thus achieving a greater number of releases.</strong></p>
<p>This guarantees that the gluing of the surfaces does not happen to us in an unexpected and rapid way, but that little by little we see how we need more force to remove the mould-pieces.</p>
<p>Another of the great advantages of this product is that the treated surface does not decrease both the surface energy g as in the case of silicones, and other release agents with high non-stick power, avoiding to a large extent the formation of rejections, fish eyes, micropores, etc. Getting more homogeneous and easier to apply contact surfaces.</p>

			<p>Last April, the Professional Seminar on Additives for Curing Systems at Room Temperature was given by the technical team of CLAM Desarrollo in collaboration with <a href="http://comindex.es/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Comindex</a> and <a href="http://www.byk.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">BYK</a>, main suppliers of the additives and instruments market.</p>
<p>During the day we got to know the innovations of both collaborating companies, we treated the rheology, wetting and dispersing additives, as well as the optimization of GelCoats among others.</p>
<p>In this way CLAM Desarrollo continues in its phase of adding new lines of work to its business, such as training and the commitment to innovation in specific areas such as the area of industrial application additives.</p>

			<p>The course organized and carried out at the Clam Development facilities during the 7th and 8th of June was a magnificent sharing of the current situation of Solid Surface. The regulations were discussed, by Rosa Pérez de AIDIMME and basic notions of applied chemistry were given in the solid surface sector by José Pedro Huélamo (Clam Desarrollo). On the other hand, it was a practical meeting in which laboratory tests were carried out and the most frequent problems and solid surface solutions were discussed; Microporos, color, gluing of pieces &#8230;, paper given by Juan Francisco Navarro (Clam Desarrollo).</p>
<p>We also met technicians from the most important commercial representatives to explain the possibilities in the market, José Luis Leal, ADM, Jose Antonio Mendoza, BUUSCH, David Villegas BÜFAtec. As a conclusion of the presentations, new possibilities and projects were explained and opened up by Clam Desarrollo.</p>

<p>The course will introduce participants in solidsurface market, its regulations, different processes and chemical behaviors, as well as machinery and techniques used in it. Among its speakers we will have companies representing the sector such as Omar, Lar, Solit, Roca, ADM or Festool among many others.</p>
